1. Who We Are

My Saving Box is created by Olustech, a sole proprietorship operated by Love-ken Olustra.

2. Our Commitment

Olustech does not collect or store your private data on its own servers. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

All information you create in the app stays on your iPhone, locally:

your first name or nickname;
your Saving Boxes (names, amounts, dates);
your savings grid and activity history;
your in-app preferences.

None of this data is sent to Olustech. If you delete the app or use "Delete All Data" in Settings, your data is removed from your device.

4. Why We Ask for Your Name

We only ask for a first name or nickname to personalize your experience in the app (for example, "Good morning, Ken"). This is not sensitive data, and you are free to enter whatever you choose.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

My Saving Box does not request:

email address;
phone number;
user account login;
banking information;
location data;
access to your contacts or photos.

6. Third-Party Services

If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may collect information according to its own privacy policy.

The app may also use third-party services to manage paywalls and subscriptions. These services may receive technical identifiers required for in-app purchases to work, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Children

My Saving Box is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

Because your data stays on your device, you remain in full control. You can delete it at any time using "Delete All Data" in the app Settings.

9. Changes

Olustech may update this privacy policy. Any changes will be published in the app and on this page with a revised update date.
